More Spanish for a 2-year-old

In this scene from my book the family is travelling across country by car when the youngsters suddenly realize that their kidneys have been busy and relief is necessary. How would a 2-year-old express that very urgent need?

This particular spanish-speaking two year old does have short-sentence capability. She tells her mother that she needs to go, and her mother tells her "in a few minutes". The little girls says this is not soon enough. She needs to go "now".

I get it. Same as in english, but with spanish spelling. Thanks.
