It's the May bank holiday!

I have a theory about what nearly everyone does with a bank holiday. What do you get up to?

Not bank holiday here in the US, but Memorial Day.

As for me, I plan to sleep in and do as little as possible.

And then...*cough*...go to work because my boss is making me.

I didn't even know it was a bank holiday. Makes no difference to what I do.

I will eat grilled animal flesh and corn on the cob.

Shoot possums that root around in my cat's food with a water gun.

If I have time, take over the world.

Those are some dexterous possums. :tongue

Well, if I had a day off from everything, I'd probably work on assignments. Grrr. Stupid assignments.

If I didn't have any of those to do, I'd write fiction. Or play guitar. Or keyboards. Or (try to) draw something. Or all of the above.

:)

It's my last day of unemployment, so I'm getting up on time (opposed to the rest of my time off), maybe getting some writing done, maybe playing some video game, always enjoying my last day lazing around the house before going back to the welcomed grind in the morning.

Hubby and I were going to clean out the basement, but ... nah. We've had an exhausting week. The only thing on the agenda is a noon flag-raising and take it down at dusk.
