It's my 9th anniversary

My wife and I were married 9 years ago today, and right about now 9 years ago were desperately trying to find some food to eat since we'd spent all our time meeting and greeting.

We went out to dinner Sunday, gave presents last night, and today I took off for NH. Am I a shit for going to open our camp on our anniversary?

I've lost track of the number of anniversaries, birthdays and holidays I missed over the years when I traveled for work. 'til, finally, one day hubby decided he didn't want me to be a road warrior anymore.

We'll be celebrating our 30th on Sunday. Bet he wishes now he'd had the forethought to enjoy my absences more.
