I love being in the future. My birthday thread wasn't started till 4.5 hours after it finished.

I decided to celebrate my birthday this morning moreso than yesterday though. I slept in today till 1pm. Whoops.

I'm having my birthday dinner in about 23 hours! Squee!

Because Mother's Day is Sunday here, and my birthday was Tuesday, we decided to combine them into one family meal on Saturday night. Consequently, I haven't received any presents yet (except mum knocking some money off what I owe her in bills, which is what I most wanted) as I haven't seen anyone since Tuesday.

So in about 23 hours I shall be having a beer and waiting for my Szechuan Chicken to arrive at the Chinese restaruant we're going to. Yum! (Oh, and everyone is giving me cash, which I really need. Hooray! I'll probably drop $20 just on drinks with dinner. )

I mention all this because I have a bottle of Jack Daniels that is begging to be shared with everyone in this thread.

First one to stumble into a wall while wearing a lampshade on their head WINS!
