Oh God, that makes me want to double over and cry. I hope your book wears a cup.

Why? What's happened?

Did your book make advances toward another author?

*whispers* "I know people. 5k at a drop point and before you know it, you will be collecting the insurance money."

I don't really get cross with my work. Melancholy, yes. Angry, no.

My book doesn't have a sack! Is that the problem, and has it been all along?

This title made me laugh. I would also like to punch my book in the sack. However, I have a feeling my book is a girl.

So I will punch my book in the fallopian tubes.

I want to kick my amp in the face.

Last night I was wearing headphones plugged into the amp, and my guitar suddenly sounded pretty good, and kind of professional. I can't get that sound to come out of just the amp - the headphones have to be in. Grr.

*kicks cheap amp*

What a floozy!

I've felt punchy all day. I think I'll just hit the sack and call it a day.

My book is being less of a whiny bitch today, so that's good. My desire to punch it in the unmentionables is subsiding, but the desire is still present.

I totally feel you. I often wish I could just tell it to stop sucking. Some days I feel like it does it to spite me. Like it would prefer I didn't poke it so much so it tries to make itself so unreasonable I give up.

Other days I think it loves me and i want to be its best friend.

Currently, it's on punishment... Maybe a good punch in the sack would get us back in the game.

Good luck!

I'd like to punch my WIP in the sack. Twice.

You know... I want to punch myself. The book is good. The story is good. But I have taken too much time away from writing on a regular basis and now my prose is for shit.

I oughta be ashamed.

Why didn't I think of the children?

WON'T SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN???!!

WON'T SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN???!!

A good punch to the sack can have serious repercussions to future fertility. :box: Or is that futility? Someone just needs to put me out of my misery. It still hurts.

My book most definitely needs to grow a pair...

... of potatoes

Seriously, I've had several WEEKS where I get a free hour and I spend the whole time staring at my outline, or starting a scene and stopping again, or writing a whole scene and deleting it, or staring at my outline some more... If some kind of violence would solve this problem, I would be all over it. Maybe someone needs to punch me. I don't know. I'm up for anything at this point.

A punch in the sack would probably take care of whether or not there'll be a sequel. ;)

That's good because computer monitors are expensive. ;)

My books sack is hanging so low, I'd have to kick it instead.;)
Oh, I want to kick it to Timbuktu today.
Hey! Thanks for letting me get that out. I feel better.
