Small publishing credits in a bio?

Please forgive me if this was brought up in another thread. I have over a dozen short stories published in small presses (mostly anthologies). One of the anthologies, however, is called "Help". It was published to support the Preditors and Editors site and their legal expenses and contains some pretty big names in fiction (Gary Braunbeck, Garry Charles, Brian Knight and Stephen Mark Rainey are featured). I've also won two small online competitions. My question is, should I mention any of this in a bio for an agent query, or skip the bio part altogether?

Definitely mention the one in support of P&E. That's a great publishing credit.

If you get paid, mention the credit. If high prestige was involved, mention the credit. Otherwise, let it go.
