I'll be there. Anyone else? Want to meet and have coffee (or, given the blistering heat, smoothies...)? If you're signing books, where and when? Just wondering so I can find the books in advance! :D (Last year I saw from afar an AWer signing books, but I'd spent all my book money already and I couldn't get her book so I was too shy to say hello!)

If you're in the area and you've never been, it's freaking awesome and free and you totally should go. It's April 30 and May 1 at USC (new date and venue this year!). They always have great authors, great panels, great celebrities-who-wrote-a-book, and great book-themed entertainment for the kiddies. Plus world music, celebrity chef cooking demonstrations, free stuff, and every bookstore in SoCal.

I'd love to go, and try to meet up. But since my Dad moved in with us in Dec, there is *no* travel for me in the foreseeable future.

Hope someone happens along and can go. I know a number of our peeps are in So-Cal.
