Chicken Soup overpayment

Okay, here's somethig weird. Chicken Soup paid me twice for my dog story! I've been trying to get them to call me back since last week, but no response yet. In a perfect world, they'd say, "Oh, that was our mistake! Please, keep the money." I'm not gonna hold my breath for that, though.

Oops--sorry I didn't update this. The matter was cleared up quite a while ago. I finally managed to speak with someone and found out what I needed to do with the check--I wasn't sure if they'd want me to destroy it or send it back. I was just joking about thinking I'd get to keep it!

Anyway, after several phone calls and a couple of e-mails, things were straightened out. Whew. I certainly didn't want money I wasn't entitled to!
