Perhaps we need an Everlasting Adverb Thread thread, one that never gets locked, where no-one expects anything to be resolved or agreed, but those on either side can drop by and keep restating their views. To be honest, I think it would prove popular, and if made a sticky it would probably save us from having multiple new adverb threads each month.

It could be named after me because it's my idea, the Robj Everlasting Adverb Thread thread. In time it might be renamed the Amazingly Popular Robj Everlasting Adverb Thread thread.

Or something.

And I could pop into that thread periodically and make the same joke every time.
