Suppose you're looking at an established agency, but you don't feel any connection to any of the agents except a relative newcomer, someone who's only been doing it for a few years.
If you query her, and she agrees to represents you, would she typically get support from the more senior people there, in contacting publishers and all?
That is, in a moderate size agency, is it more competitive, like a car dealership or a law firm, or is it more cooperative?
I realize there is no one right answer, every agency is different, but in general, would you have any reservation signing on w/a inexperienced agent at a established agency, if there was a good rapport?
