1. Empty your browser cache.
2. Log off of AW. Make sure you know your AW password and Log on ID.
3. Delete your AW cookies from your browser.
4. Quit your browser, completely. Shut all browser windows.
5. If you're using Windows, restart your computer and log back on to AW.
6. If you're using Mac OS X, restart your browser and log on again. Make sure ou click the little box in the log in dialog to "remember" your log in if you're using a private computer and user account.
