I'm happy to say I have a recipe in their October issue called "Apple Brown Betty," which is nice since I've been having mostly rejections, which isn't nice.:) Much good luck to everyone in their writing.

*I ust saw that my recipe was in their top rated group (second one from top). Not that it means anything and I don't get anything, but I thought I'd mention it. lol.

Hey, congrats on your recipe publication! And I was feeling kind of 'unwriterly' because mine are the only stuff I have published (online) other than for non-profits (read 'did it for free and even keep doing it'...) and one essay contest win months ago.

You're are an encouragement to me, thanks. And keep doin' those recipes, the world needs great food and ways to fix it!

My sister has a subscription to that mag. I can't wait to email her and tell her to look for it. Sounds good too! Maybe she'll make me some! Congrats! Lavinia
