...and by that I mean their actual spoken voice - not their literary voice. For me, it's Sam Elliot. Dang. If I had that gravelly drawl I'd make a million bucks recording answering machine messages for people. What a voice.
Who would you choose?

Either Dani Filth (from band Cradle Of Filth) or Alyssa White-Gluz (from band The Agonist) so that I could sing better. Such powerful voices!

Or Dylan Moran's voice, so that I could sound funnier when telling a joke. (He has a similar sense of humour to mine, but he has the voice to pull those jokes off in public.)

Mary Elizabeth McGlynn. She's the voice actress for many animes such as GITS:SAC and .hack//SIGN. Her voice is damn amazing and strong.

James Earl Jones.

Yeah, imagine a nine-stones white girl from Scotland with that voice!

Catherine Zeta Jones? Dang. You had to mention her. Now I have to leave the forum for a few minutes. Back in a bit.

Nowhere. Now here.

Also she sang the theme song to Silent Hill 3. :D

I have to say Fiona Apple. Which I suppose might not go with the beard, but hey, stuff happens.

Tom Waits. I'm a little rough around the edges, but not quite that rough.

Could do with a little more grit in the lens.

if it was just for a day, I'd love to try out one of those super classy Southern Belle accents, just for the hell of it, haha.

If it was forever...

I don't know. A big part of personality is voice, isn't it? I think I'm pretty lucky with the one I've got. It does the job.

Randall Winston who was producer and (I think) writer on Scrubs. About nine feet tall and the deepest voice ever.

Ah, yes.

Though I always wonder if she deliberately modelled her voice on Joan Greenwood.

I very briefly had a rather sexy, husky voice in the days following last year's FantasyCon. Not surprising, since I have a moderately deep voice anyway and I'd been staying up until 2am sipping single malt and talking at full volume in a crowded bar!

Oh well, there's always EasterCon to look forward to... ;)
