Things are getting better & better as far as writing goes, it seems.

I just got back from the Ozark Creative Writers' Conference in Eureka Springs. I won 3rd place for the synopsis, "cover blurb," and first three pages of Dragon Lands!!!!

A good writing conferences can leave you feeling motivated to write for months, but coming home with a prize--well that's beyond being motivated, that's dancing on the top of the piano happy!

Thanks, everybody. I'm sorry to have taken so long to reply, but while I was gone to the conference, one of my aunt's passed away so I've been away dealing with that and helping out where I could for most of this week. I *think* I'm back, though.
