Hilarious Demand Studio Video

That's hilarious. Nice find. I've only written a handful of articles for DS, but I even got most of the references. What was that actual movie?

"I should have written a Vampire book."

Next line I was expecting:

"I should have learned to play them drums."

I decided to dig around a bit. Looks like this video has been parodied enough to inspire some copyright fights. It's a German film called "Downfall".

It is from a film called Downfall. It's about the last days of Adolf Hitler. It's an absolutely brilliant film and the actor playing Hitler is superb.

It's a bit of a shame really that someone thought of parodying that scene cos it's kind of taken away from the power of the film. Funny though.

I think it's what makes that scene so popular. It's the most serious and dramatic things that are the most ripe for parody.

I'm having an urge to make yet another parody of that scene with lines such as:

"We've got to install microwave ovens!"

"We've got to move these refrigerators!"
