From time to time we all ask about recommended books, which books are good, which books are worth the money, which are worth the time, etc.
I found this site a little while ago (I don't even remember how) and find myself using it more and more when trying to decide what book to buy on my next bookstore trip.
It's a Forum set up identically to this one but instead of a Writer's Forum, it's a Reader's Forum. There are oodles of threads on books in sf, fantasy, horror, thriller, mainstream. Threads about authors, genres, series etc.
I've found it extremely useful, especially when I have another browser window open to Amazon.com and can instantly read an excerpt or more reviews on any books mentioned.
