Yeah that was cold, but of course she wasn't loved as a child.

Overall it was nice that people came together for something so simple but so grand

One other thing: Why can't we hear the girl sing in that clip after she regains her composure? Was the mike suddenly turned off? Is she just mouthing the words or was the sound later edited to drown her out to enhance a feel-good moment from the crowd?

It's hard to tell from that clip.

I saw this clip on TV last night and it made my day.
I always like hearing the National Anthem, and then combine it with a cute kid and a save from the crowd, and you have a sure-fire feel-good moment.
