This is where a character is born. As a group we will create a fictional character. Each person chooses one question and put it in the Title box. Answer the question below it. When all the questions are answered then we will move into the more unconventional questions. Then we will create a question about this person. It will be interesting to see how a seemingly real person will evolve out of this. It will be our very own AW Freak-en-stein. Be as creative as you want to be and pick the questions in order, please.

A cool good looker. Slim, sexy jawline. Nice lips. Not too full, not to thin. 7 O'clock shadow, neatly trimmed. Strait but not perfect teeth. Chews on cinnimon flavored toothpicks. One dimple on the left cheek show it's self when he slightly smiles. Thick lashes line his dark eyes. His complexion, tan. Vioce, deep and confident. He never stumbles over his words, he knows just what to say. His eyes are his best feature though. He's good looking but not model perfect.

Vertical scar in his right eyebrow, giving him an amused questioning look.
He was caddying for his father and dad's golf club caught him in the eye. His father was in a rage over his game and threw the club. Dad gave him $50 and a triple banana split for his wound.

Carl is a loner for the most part. He's in an on-again, off-again relationship with Marsha Sullivan, an investment banker who also has a wild side. His only real friend is Walter "Red" Jordan, who in turn has been a hippie, a biker, a short order cook, a musician, a longshoreman and a cattle rustler until finally settling down to run a motorcycle repair shop outside of town called Big Red's. Red is now in his sixties but can be as wild as ever on occasion. Red is the only man that Carl really trusts.

__________________________________________________ ________

Carl has an older brother, Dave. His parents still refer to him as "Davey" when they're being nostalgic. Yeah, they have to look back pretty far not to see the man Dave became. Time has not been kind to him and Daddy's money did nothing but smooth his fall into dope and deception.

Carl doesn't have much time for Dave. He tried to help him out a few times over the years only to get burned. Literally. Last time he saw his older brother Dave torched Carl's apartment in a drug fueled rampage.

Carl is afraid of water. He can't stand large bodies of water. It's not that he's afraid of drowning, he just hates the fact that he can't see what's beneath the water's surface. It may be that he saw 'Jaws' too young. His folks like to joke about how he refused to take a bath when he was 4 years old because he was convinced that there was a shark in the tub.

When people ask why he isn't swimming, he tells them that he can't swim. It's better to be ridiculed for a lack of skill than to confess the truth and have everyone laugh at him. Sometimes, he has nightmares about drowning.

He's never told anyone about his fear of water.

Carl was born in Las Vegas, Nevada where his mom was working her way up the ladder in one of the casinos as a pit boss. She was staying with her sister in a local suburb, but moved to Atlantic City when Carl was four. She claimed for health reasons, but never elaborate. While there, they lived in a small but nice home somewhere in Galloway Township till Carl went to college at New York University. He moved back to Nevada to stay close to his family's roots. Though Carl owns a home along the Jersey Shore (Ocean City to be more precise), he spends most of his time in the finer motels along the strip.

Carl's dad loved the older classic cars. Once they owned a black hearse with pink satin interior. Carl and Davey loved to ride with dad when it was empty, because it had no backseats and they rolled around like little peas on a plate. Another childhood favorite car was a 57 chevy, red and black. The boys earned ice cream waxing it on Sundays.
Mom drove a motor scooter back and forth in Vegas. She could be seen in her work clothes, a mini-skirt and black knee boots heading for work. Now mom drives a black and siver chrome Hummer and loves it dearly.

Where does the character go when [he's] angry?

Carl gets in the car and drives into the countryside, going nowhere. He leaves his cellphone behind, and cranks up the CD player in the car. When he's used up half his tank of gas, he drives back home.

Marsha his on again off again girl friend. He doesn't think she'll understand- Hell he doesn't understand why he wants to hurt himself. How could he explain it to her? Red knows- Red knows him better than any other living soul.

Cutting onions- Carl is tough skinned. He cried once, when his granny died.

He was in love, once. In middle school, a girl by the name of Millia. He had asked her out, but in an uprising of nervousness he started bending his fingers back, and cracking his knuckles. Millia found this distubing and ran out crying an frightened. Ever since hes sunken inside himself, secluding from social relation (as seen by with Marsha) an often ends in falure. Now he'd only say he loves his cars, his family, and his sunday drives.
