University of Iowa is still a pretty respected program.

I have no idea how respected this place may or may not be. But Seton Hill (not to be confused with Seton Hall) has an MFA that's mostly online. The residencies are only for one week at a time, twice a year, which seems very doable.

I don't know where you are, but in the UK Falmouth has a MA in Professional Writing which has an entirely online option. It covers all aspects of writing, fiction, non fiction, scriptwriting, technical and academic. It looks interesting and you can specialise based on your interests.

I'd be cautious about any school that doesn't list its faculty publicly.

That's very odd. I don't think I've ever seen that.

Which school are you referring to, Medievalist? I found the creative writing faculty at SNHU here:
http://www.snhu.edu/256.asp
If you are referring to the undergrad program, I often see pages that don't directly link to the faculty. For some of the classes at my school, we take turns teaching the upper level creative writing classes. So it could be a few people in the English Department. What I would do to research the undergrad classes is to look at the class schedule for a few semesters and find the professors who taught the classes you are interested in, then Google them or check them against the faculty pages listed on the right of the following page:
http://www.snhu.edu/485.asp
I will admit that their directory is rather oddly formatted, and implies there are very few students or faculty at the school.

Vermont College. I'd like to go there but money is tight. They have a short residency.

No Residency CW Masters

I'd looked into the same thing before. Here are all the ones I remember:
US Regional Accred.
National University
Classes start frequently. Multiple genres (Fic, NFic, Poetry, Screenwriting). Requires some crosstraining. They also have a separate MFA Screenwriting, which requires a lot more credits.

University of Texas-El Paso
Fiction and Poetry. Snotty about literary vs genre. Bilingual program.

US Other Accred.
Peralandra College
MA not MFA. DETC accredited, not regional. Christian college. Multiple genres. No student loans, but relatively inexpensive.

Full Sail University
Link not currently working due to site issue. Scriptwriting only. National Accred as a trade school.

Non US Masters
University of British Columbia
Optional residency. Seven genres of study. Tuition is C$525 for Canadians, C$866 for foreigners per credit.

CQUniversity
M.Litt degree from the dreadfully rebranded Central Queensland University. Mandatory cross genre training (Fic, Playwriting, Poetry) allows thesis in any of them. Max 3 years to completion. Some additional fees for non Australians, which are a little hard to find on the website.
