Okay.

So I'm on Deviant art because I love to Cosplay and I am a member of a few art groups. One group has just put up a notice about art theft, and since it's happened quite a bit, or so it seems like. A couple of months ago there were two instances in one single week by two different people - who were stealing cosplay pics, and passing it off as their own.

Okay. For those of you who do not know.
Cosplay = Costume Play. Its pretty popular in Japan and amongst anime fans. Cosplay has its own set of rules, or so it seems, but the main point is that you can't steal pics other people have done.

Anyway,
I heard about this e-mail notice for a plagarist to take down the material they've stolen. I would love if someone could give me a link so that I could give it to the people most affected by this art theft.

Thank you all so much.

You might be thinking of this thread, where an AW member (Peggy Blair) had some of her work lifted from her blog, and she explains how she resolved the matter.
That's not plagiarism, it's copyright theft.
That is correct, and I've changed the thread title to avoid confusion.
