One at at time or more is just fine?

I have three completed manuscripts, one is a novelty manual, the other is science fiction, and the third is not science fiction, but fiction just the same.

I have been quering the novelty manual for a while now with some success, but I'd like to start quering the other two as well.

My question is this:

Is it okay for me to query different agents with different manuscripts... or is this a bad thing to do... should a writer just concentrate on one at at time?

Before you send to someone that has the novelty manual, check the agent's website to see what their policy is with multiple submissions.

Other than that, I dont see a problem with it

It's perfectly fine to query different agents with different projects, as long as you have no agent representing you. Once you do, she'll probably want to represent everything you write.
