In an email subject line is it—'Book' Query or Query for 'Book'?

I've been using 'Book' Query, but recently I've been wondering whether or not this is correct.

I agree with both previous members.

Noting Book Query is rather redundant, since your not inquiring about your laundry...

Unless, of course, the agent tells you to put something different in the subject line. Some agents want Query for (agent's name) or something else specifically stated in the submission guidelines.
