Stilton (unpasteurised is best but you can't get it)
Roquefort
Danish Blue
Brie (again, Unpasteurised is better but you can't get it. You want the stuff that's runny lol)
Cornish Yarg ( wrapped in nettles)
Cream cheese mixed with Cointreau and mixed dried fruits.
Oak smoke cheddar

etc etc

My first job was in a cheese shop :D

I recently tried bleu cheese on a sandwich with caramelized onions and roast beef...OMG...so good. (Swiss is a longtime favorite too)

Roquefort and Mozzarella. I could eat a brick of each. And for dessert...Mascarpone!

Oh, my aching arteries. :D

Umm...

It's only Friday.

But I do love cheese.

*Unwraps a Boursin* Almost as healthy as jumping off a cliff, but more tasty.

But there's always time for CHEESE!

Plain Wensleydale with Christmas cake. Not joking. Bite of one, then the other. Perfect.

Gorgonzolammmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Damn, now I need to raid the fridge and steal the last of the Camembert before the Old Man notices

OMG, cheese!!!!

Morbier today, baby.

Please tell me there's wine. Or some kind of spirit. Cheese without wine is a tiny slice of torture, I think.

You know I'd be all svelte n stuff if it weren't for cheese. S'OK; it's worth it :D
