I was thinking along the lines of maybe writing a holiday story/poem/limerick/hauiku/whatever for your Secret Santa.

I dunno.
My friends and I used to pick names, and then you'd find out a little bit about the person, and then draw a piece of art/write a story/write a poem, etc. involving that person (So if I had Peaches, I would write a story where the main charrie was Peaches.)
And then on a certain date we'd post a link or post in the thread the story. I thought it would be cute to flex the writing muscles, and I bet there would be some very interesting stories.
