printing in canada?

this may've been answered before, but does anyone know of any good canadian printers? i will be self-publishing an actual book (not POD or e-book). my question stems from wondering if it might stretch my US dollars a bit farther to have it printed in canada.

i've been googling for the past hour and have only come up with two printers.
