Gandhi, Gladiator and (okay, it's controversial but I'll explain once I've named it) The Passion of the Christ. I remember the scene where Peter denied Jesus three times and their eyes met. I've never seen such a look of "What have I done?" on any actor's face. It says a lot about the value of loyalty and friendship.

I did fine all three LOTR films quite inspiring. Likewise Blade Runner.
