Depends who's publishing it and what contract terms you negotiated, but most epubs I've seen are between 30% and 40% of list price, after retailer fees.

And I would suggest you have the word "net" removed from everywhere you can unless it is explicitly defined to only include fees from places that sell ebooks (other than the publisher site).

Most epublishers also differentiate between direct sales from their website and sales made at third party venues. (Any online bookstore.) With lots and lots of new sales at Amazon, Barnes & Noble and other places, it's every bit as important (sometimes far more important) to look at the 3rd party royalty rate.

I've seen most direct royalty rates in epublishing fall between 30-40%, but I've seen 3rd party rates from 15% cover to 30% cover, and from 30% net to 50% net. 30% net is really, really not great--it's safe to assume many retailers will take as much as 50% right off the top--give or take 20%.
