Edit** I searched for this before hand and Herman Munster's version didn't show up. Well, can't hurt to have two. They say start your new manuscript before the old one is published, sometimes even finished.

Each person submits a sentence or line. It uses the story so far as a backdrop, but at the very least, must feel like it is following the previous line. But other than that, you can say whatever you want.

So you just post your response sentence. Someone coming in, if they choose, can read the story starting from post one to the most recent. *-If there is a double post/same sentence, just choose one to continue from-*

EXAMPLE:

The first poster says: "Jill went to the store."

The second poster says: "To buy Aquifina and some pails."

The third poster says: "Little did she know that zombies were waiting in the hardware section."

The fourth poster says: " "Oh my Golly, gee, I peed." "

ETC.

Enjoy!

I'll start...

Matt woke up to realize that he had wet his pants.

But he realized the room had a moose, and it was not happy.

But it wasn't long before he came out the other end to continue his quest.

And continued on even though he was missing several important appendages.

"Well, that never stopped Wonder Woman," he said to himself.

Wings popped out of his back and he found himself soaring.

He giggled like a teenage girl as he felt the wind carress his face.

But then he remembered he was missing some "important appendages," so he ignored the women and concentrated on the guy breaking into the cars.

In a flash he landed square in front of the would-be car thief and in his lowest and most sincere voice asked, "Could you please not continue to break into cars that do not belong to you, sir, or I'll be forced to get stern with you!"

"Look," Matt said, "I may be missing 'important appendages,' but that doesn't make me a kid."

And then the whole scene seemed to dissipate as he woke up from the dream... He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and saw that he was in a large room, with golden paint covering the walls. He stood and examined the paint, only to find that it was golden dust. Then the door opened...

And then all walked out, except for the Lottery guy, who started square-dancing.

As the final strains of the banjo died away, he slapped his thigh and declared, "That was a mighty fine hoedown! Where's the after-party at?"

"After-party?" Lottery Guy said. "I came here to help you fight crime in the gold-dusted streets of Imaginopolis, friend."

Matt and Lottery Guy hit the gold-dusted streets hand in hand leaving behind them a trail of footprints.

One day, a team of archaeologists would uncover the footprints and use them to build up a theory about the mass migration of the human race away from central Kansas, but that's not relevant to this story.
