Ralph Vicinanza, 60, literary agent to Stephen King, Peter Straub, Connie Willis, and other stars of the genre, died without warning Sunday night in his sleep from a cerebral aneurysm, according to clients notified by his office late Monday.

A memorial service is planned for Friday. We will update this post with more details as we get them.
