Email updates from AW forum subscribed threads

I get updates via email sent from "[email protected]" Does anyone read those? If so, my email reply to that address won't make a lot of sense to them!

I was trying to respond to an email from Tri and got the Tech Forum sub. update mixed up with our original email thread!
