'Leave the Week' is an blog to be populated with prose and poetry from themed contests. The contest is based on 7 prompts. One prompt is posted each day from Monday to Sunday and contestants have 3 days to respond to each one. Any writer who responds to all 7 posts is in to win. The next round will be beginning here tomorrow--please join in!

LtW contests will be run at various pre-existing forums including the Deviant Art Prose and Poetry Forum. Contest winners receive US$10 upon provision of a handwritten version of the winning entry in jpg format along with their pen name and homepage url.
