Can I use the report post feature to get a story moved from the wrong forum to the right forum? I wanted to do that, but the feature said only in cases of harrasment, anything illegal, etc.

Just contact the moderator for that forum (or any mod; the word will get to someone who can help, but it's faster if you contact the mod for the relevant forum).
