I am looking for a writing buddy and was hoping I would connect with a beta pal here. My rough draft is 35k. I started revision up to 15k words and feel my story veering from the original somewhat. Need help to stay on track.
Story:
Katherine Wheeler, a 30 something travel agent, single parent, living in Wisconsin with her teenage son, Jeremy, recently was diagnosed bipolar a few years back. She's been divorced for three years, but is still in love with her ex-husband John. They split after Kat's off the wall mood swings and John's excessive drinking. RIght now Kat is dating (or trying to date) meeting up with someone online. All the while having a fling with a married man name Mitch.
It is a Romance/Drama/Thriller.
I would like to pair up with someone interested in reading this genre. Someone who is willing to show me my goods and bads.
I am not good with editing, with the grammar, but I am willing to read just about anything. As long as it is not too long all at once. Maybe chapter by chapter perhaps?
