Thought I'd share this as it's doing the rounds in the UK legal press at the moment.

http://www.legalweek.com/legal-week...chief-suspended-irregular-financial-behaviour

Andrew Iyer, head of global energy and offshore at Ince & Co was suspended for "irregular financial behaviour" last week as part of an on-going internal investigation.

The reason why this has received more press coverage than might normally be expected is because Iyer is the author of two crime thrillers (DOMINO RUN and THE BETRAYED), although Legal Week's assertion that he's carved out a career as a novelist should be qualified by the fact that those books were published by Book Guild Publishing (http://www.bookguild.co.uk/about-book-guild-publishing-pg-1.html#publish) a company that claims to operate both an advance paying operation and a subsidy paying operation. No word on which one Iyers was released through.

Figured it might be of interest.
