Worry Material Not Received?

An agent, after reading a partial requested to see the full manuscript. I promptly responded to the e-mail and attached the manuscript. Now I'm worried the agent might not have received it. The day after I sent the agent the partial I got word that she had infact gotten the requested material and was reviewing it. Now it's been I over a week since I sent the full, and haven't gotten confirmation. Am I just being a worry wart? Or should I send a polite e-mail just to make sure she's received the material she's requested?
