I'm trying to find some free ware that can monitor the output of my speakers (I have a mic if that's necessary) and then establish a decibel or some other form of volume measurement that I want it to stay at. Hopefully the program could then up the sounds to that level and/or drop any sounds to that level.
I'd prefer it to do both simultaneously but I'll take what I can get.
