didn't work for me, either, Mac. I just tried it out in my new thread about contract offer and agent...i changed it in advanced..changed at top of thread, but not in the forum.

1. Find a thread YOU created.
2. Go to the first post of yours in the thread YOU created.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Go Advanced
5. Edit the Title field in that initial post.
5. Click Save Changes

Do Not Go to the Bottom of the Thread and Click THAT Go Advanced.

Sassy thinks that's groovey.

Also, remember to refresh the page before you can expect to see the title changed.

Quickwit managed to change his title here, so I know it's possible.

No, of course not. What I meant was, if a rube like QW can do it, anyone can.

Worked on the inside, but not on the outside. Clearly, Mac is toying with us. Again.

I followed those direction (to the best of my ability...) in this thread:

I capitalized the w in with, so now the "title" of my POST reads:
New Study: You Read Slower on Kindle, iPad than With Print
but the main THREAD title is still lower case "with Print."

I know of a solution to this but I dare not mention it...

Because you think the same thing as Kevin? Not much of a standard...

Has anyone tried going to the side of the thread title and double clicking? It works for me.
