Am writing a romantic comedy in which I have a secondary character who is an India-born American mid 30's. She is single, and dating, and looking for a husband.
Would like any info on how a modern Indian woman (with traditional parents) might go about meeting men.
Arranged marriages (or simply ----> introductions?)
dating web sites
singles organizations
dating widowers/widows
Any funny anecdotes are welcome!
Also, on the delicate matter of sex:
pre-marital sex
promiscuity
any of the above can describe relationships of the Indian person with both non-Indian as well as Indian.
