Commercial, got it from Target.
On the front it says, "Use it to stop grinding teeth at night."
On the back it says, "Warning, do not use if you have pain from grinding teeth."

On the front of many frozen food packages: "MICROWAVABLE".

On the back of those same packages: "For best flavor and texture, heat in conventional oven."

Yes, because while you can heat it in a microwave, it tastes better when done in a conventional oven. What the problem is?

I'm almost certain they have to say this because of FDA regulations on medical devices. If you want to sell a doodad and claim the doodad treats a disease (disease being defined in very specific ways), you have to get permission. I'm guessing "teeth grinding" is not a disease, whereas "pain from teeth grinding" IS a disease, in the FDA's estimation. Or it could be that the device was approved for one thing, but not the other. Anyway. Hurray for the FDA, keeping us safe from ourselves, or something.
