So I have Karate classed every Tues/Thurs and Sat morning- we were doing kicking drills this morning and-*sigh*
I landed wrong- What I thought was broken fortunately only turned out to be a very bad sprained ankle-
2 weeks no weight bearing, then another 2 of only light weight bearing- Damn! I am up for belt advancement in a month! I am such a klutz!
