Vatican Endorses "The Blues Brothers"

They were on a mission from God. It makes total sense to me.

That's a headline I never expected to see.

I wonder if the Vatican endorses Landis' other work such as, the excellent "Deer Woman" or his other blockbuster, "The Silence of the Hams."*



... Probably.

Who owns the rights to the movie and realizes the most royalties?

Who does that person know in the church heirarchy?

Follow the money.

Not to be a cynic or anything.

I absolutely love the movie. One of my favorites.

The Church probably likes this exchange:
