Hello.

I'm developing a comic book which features, among others, a character who can control solar winds. I have read a great deal about what solar wind is and how it affects the Earth as a whole, but I have a few questions on issues that I have recieved mixed signals on.

* Is solar wind substantial? Meaning, could solar wind move any objects on Earth as though it were terrestrial wind?

* How would it affect terrestrial wind? Could solar wind alter or dissipate, say, a tornado or hurricane?

* I already know solor wind is almost pure energy, and has levels of radiation that are lethal to humans. But what about temperature? Is solar wind inherently hot, cold, or does it vary?

That's all I can think of for now. If I remember anything else, I'll add it. Thank you any and everyone for your help.
