Hi there, I have just had a request for the first 50 pages of my ms. Is that the first 50 pages as typed on the word document, or as would be in a standard book?
Hope someone can clarify
Thanks
Phoenix.

This should always be the standard MS format: double spaced, one inch margins, etc.

First 50 pages, (UNLESS THE AGENT SPECIFIED SOME OTHER FORMATTING)formatted as:

Double spaced
Courier or Times New Roman, 12 point font
1 inch margins all around.
Left justified.

A common additon is a header on the top of every page with:
TITLE/yourlastname (in the left corner) and pagenumber (in the right corner)

Good luck.
