let's take a trip to the land of make believe... only more realistic.

If one were to call up a job search agency and ask them to find any job. like a giant game or working roulette, what would you hope for?

or, more simply, what's a job that, in your opinion, doesn't suck and doesn't require more than a BA and very good working knowledge of computers, and Office suite?

Full-time novelist. That's the only job I can think of that wouldn't suck.

Researcher... just need a brain and a great deal of curiosity.

I do like my 'second job' - bone idle slut who does no housework.

Mine's just about perfect: concierge/security for a private condo.

They're basically paying me to spend 12 hours a day reading, writing, embroidering, and occasionally walking around or helping residents carry their baggage.

This totally depends on the person. To me, my job sucks. I work with others who love our profession. For me, being a fulltime successful writer wouldn't suck:tongue

Regardless the vocation you've chosen, the only jobs that don't suck are those you don't mind doing for a living.

Editing from home, but I think you have to live in Asia and "work" in the US, UK, and Australia to pay the bills.

(Nah, not bragging. Well, maybe a little bit.)

Boring is good. Means nothing's going wrong.

It suits me to a "T". The only thing I could wish was different would be a more usual 11-7 shift rather than 6-6. Then I could get to all my rehearsals and shows as well as working. On the other hand, I'm getting a fair amount of embroidery done for sale.
