I am sitting here eating a banana with Peanut Butter, and it occurs to me that there is nothing better than Peanut Butter.

Well, okay, I can think of a few things like sex and sleep that are pretty amazing and necessary, but come on, who doesn't love Peanut Butter?

So, how do you prefer your PB?

Crunchy, on bread, with a huge glass of milk to wash it down with.

I like peanut butter, but I don't buy much of it.

Smooth, definitely smooth.

I don't buy a whole lot either, and I buy low-fat and watch how much of it I eat in any given day since it's a lot of calories and fat - but the good kind.

I just love it. Mmmmm...

I'm going through peanut butter withdrawals since we found out we have a little one with an allergy. I have to eat it when I'm not at home and then wash my mouth out afterward, in case I kiss him later. Which totally takes away from the experience of eating it in the first place. LOL

Oh man, soapy that's AWFUL! It's so common now though. I know the Little One can't have PB and J at school b/c of allergies.

I have to agree with you - on a spoon is good too.

Cooks Illustrated recently ran a taste test. Skippy won in the creamy category.

I would probably buy more PB, but I don't think it keeps well.

Once I had chocolate pudding, and I dipped my spoon in PB and then the pudding...but I guess that qualifies as with chocolate...

(perfect to dip hot biscuits in, right from the oven)
