Got a request from an agent asking for a "full synopsis." Does this mean a longer (3-5 pages) synopsis?

In a word - yes.
It means they don't want the basic 1-2 page short version but a long, detailed version.

full synopsis means just that. detailing the entire work beginging to end. usually about 3-5 pages.
