I was standing in my cube doing some squats in my cubicle to keep my hip flexible and prevent the horror in my hip that plagued my last pregnancy.
It reminded me of back in the day here in OP when Jaycinth used to order us to squats and other desk side exercises under that sneaky guise of fitness. Now I'm all misty-eyed about the past.
