Excellent ripe tomatoes, sliced, topped with yogurt margarine, bread crumbs, asiago cheese, salt, pepper, and tobasco. Then broiled until bubbling.

... I don't eat between meals. Got into that habit back when I was a teen. Read that it messes up your metabolism, as every time you begin eating something new the whole digestive process has to start again from scratch, which takes hours. My favorite snack with meals would be pistachio pudding. Haven't had that in some time as I quit eating sweets. I sure do lead a thrilling life ;-)
