Why is AW randomly purple?

I have it on good authority that it's not just me, so I'm putting 'Because I've lost it' on the bottom of my list.

Is this the secret code to revolt? If so, someone's going to regret not sending me the memo. I've been a good revolutionary the last year and a half.

Or is Mac sitting back having a good laugh? If so, we have standards! You wanna mess with someone, you go on a shmoo fest. You don't make random links be purple! This place used to be a respectable madhouse!
