I always do my own taxes, using the simple 1040 or 1040 A forms and this year I had 2 employers.

I have my W-2 info from one and not the other. I am in a big hurry to get my taxes done, so that I can get my refund back asap.

The problem is that I'm still waiting for the W-2 from the other employer. I know exactly, to the penny how much I made at the 2nd employer, and I know the exact amounts taken out for FICA and withholding etc.

Will I still be able to submit the info and get my refund started?
I was thinking that I'd be unable to, because I don't have the employers ID # for the 1040 forms.

I am doing my taxes with Turbo-tax online.

any suggestions?

Sorry Sweet Pea, but you have to enter your employer's ID numbers on the form.

Can you call them and get the number?

They are required by law to mail your W-2 no later than next Monday. Their deadline is Jan 31, or the next business day. That is less than a week. Chill. Wait for your W-2.

Like Lavern said, they need your employer ID number. If you can get that, then you are golden.
